BioEnergy
Texas is producing a Venture Forum featuring companies
from around Texas that have plans and technologies
to present to an audience of venture capitalists,
private/angel investors, institutional and corporate
investors interested in renewable energy opportunities.
The
Forum will be held on October 26, 2006
from 1:30– 5pm, and will be followed
by the BioEnergy Texas Conference Closing Reception.
All of the program, presentations and the reception
will be held at the Lubbock
International Cultural Center – a beautiful
building just off the campus of Texas Tech University,
featuring a U.N.-replica Flag Room, in which the
reception will be held.

This is a tremendous opportunity for growing companies
to showcase their technologies, and a great forum
for investors to review national market investment
activity and trends, while gaining first-look
at some of Texas’ cutting-edge renewable
energy technologies.
Companies
wishing to apply for a presentation slot will
need to fill-out the application,
and follow submission instructions. The Venture
Forum application fee is a non-refundable, $100.

Company
applications received will be reviewed by our
BioEnergy Texas Venture Forum Selection Committee.
The Committee is comprised of qualified investors,
serial entrepreneurs, investment angels, and technology
specialists.
If accepted, companies will pay an additional
$225 participation fee – this fee secures
your slot and will include two registrations for
the entire Conference, presentation tips from
the Committee in advance of the Forum, the company’s
executive summary will be included in conference
materials, the selected company will receive exhibit
space at the International Cultural Center, and
the company’s summary and contact information
will be posted on the BioEnergy Texas website.
All
applications are required to be submitted by the
deadline and must contain: an executive summary,
complete contact and summary information about
the applicant’s business, and payment by
check or credit card.

Attendance at the BioEnergy Texas
Venture Forum (other than presenting companies)
will require a $50 registration fee – this
does not include the regular Conference Fee. If
attendees wish to register for the Conference,
as well as the Venture Forum, the BETX/VF package
registration fee is: $225, and must be paid/received
by October 1, 2006.
