BioEnergy Texas is producing a Venture Forum featuring companies from around Texas that have plans and technologies to present to an audience of venture capitalists, private/angel investors, institutional and corporate investors interested in renewable energy opportunities.

The Forum will be held on October 26, 2006 from 1:30– 5pm, and will be followed by the BioEnergy Texas Conference Closing Reception. All of the program, presentations and the reception will be held at the Lubbock International Cultural Center – a beautiful building just off the campus of Texas Tech University, featuring a U.N.-replica Flag Room, in which the reception will be held.

This is a tremendous opportunity for growing companies to showcase their technologies, and a great forum for investors to review national market investment activity and trends, while gaining first-look at some of Texas’ cutting-edge renewable energy technologies.

Companies wishing to apply for a presentation slot will need to fill-out the application, and follow submission instructions. The Venture Forum application fee is a non-refundable, $100.

Company applications received will be reviewed by our BioEnergy Texas Venture Forum Selection Committee. The Committee is comprised of qualified investors, serial entrepreneurs, investment angels, and technology specialists.

If accepted, companies will pay an additional $225 participation fee – this fee secures your slot and will include two registrations for the entire Conference, presentation tips from the Committee in advance of the Forum, the company’s executive summary will be included in conference materials, the selected company will receive exhibit space at the International Cultural Center, and the company’s summary and contact information will be posted on the BioEnergy Texas website.

All applications are required to be submitted by the deadline and must contain: an executive summary, complete contact and summary information about the applicant’s business, and payment by check or credit card.

Please review our Application Guidelines and Checklist in preparing your information for submission. > Click here for the Venture Forum presenter application.

Attendance at the BioEnergy Texas Venture Forum (other than presenting companies) will require a $50 registration fee – this does not include the regular Conference Fee. If attendees wish to register for the Conference, as well as the Venture Forum, the BETX/VF package registration fee is: $225, and must be paid/received by October 1, 2006.
